Our History
Emmaus College opened in February, 1980 through the amalgamation of St Thomas More College (1968-1979) and Chavoin College (1966-1979). Whilst the school is relatively new, it has benefited from the rich traditions of the two Colleges as well as establishing its own unique heritage. Already Emmaus College has welcomed the sons and daughters of past students.
The College was established to provide co-educational choice for families in the Monash, Knox, Whitehorse and Boroondarah areas.
