Debutante Balls
The Debutante Ball is the social highlight of Year 11 at Emmaus. Each year, many girls make their “Deb”, partnered by a boy from their year level. The night includes the debutantes and their partners dancing two formal sets, dinner and presentations and is always a highly anticipated and enjoyable evening.
In 2009, the College is hosting two Debutante Balls to be held on August 29 and September 5 at The Grand in Wantirna South. Debutantes will be presented to Ms Kirstie Marshall, MP for Forest Hill, and Mr Bob Stensholt, MP for Burwood.
