Fees Structure
Tuition Fees
The College year is divided into four terms, with accounts distributed at the beginning of each term (March, May, July and October) for immediate payment. Fees are payable within 14 days. It is required that Tuition Fees be paid one term in advance.
Whilst every effort is made to contain costs, tuition fees usually increase each year to cover staffing and other costs.
Subject Levies
These levies cover expenses associated with each subject. The levies cover costs of day excursions, films, visiting speakers and performers, notes and materials required by the particular subject. No requests for monies (except Residential Excursions which are optional) will be made of students during the year. No reductions are available in subject levies.
Student Textbooks and Stationery Items
Students are expected to purchase their own textbooks and stationery items. The College facilitates the buying and selling of second-hand books for all year levels.
Music Tuition
Where private tuition is received by a student for a musical instrument, a separate fee is payable each term. The fee charges are set by the Victorian Music Teachers’ Association
Reduction in Tuition Fees
Families with more than one child attending the College at the same time will receive a 20% discount for the second and 30% discount for the third child. No tuition fees are charged for the fourth or additional children.
