CareMonkey significantly reduces the need for parents to complete multiple medical forms over the course of a school year. CareMonkey also allows for parents to complete digital permission slips for various school activities throughout the year.

The App4 Students System has replaced the traditional printed school planner, and is loaded onto iPads and computers. App4 Students helps manage a host of other key activities including a range of calendars, the timetable, recording homework and assignments, an area for messages and general school information. Importantly, teachers are able to set homework on the App for students, which can then be viewed by parents. There will be clear benefits for parents to be able to check this homework information.

Annual Report
The primary purpose of annual reporting is to inform parents and the wider school community of the school's successes, activities and achievements throughout the year. The report also provides an opportunity to communicate and publicise the longer term directions for the school. Annual reporting is an important tool for effective governance within schools.
